nightclubs & lounges · built by an operator

promoter tracking, table deposits and a guest record you own.

hi.os installs ai agents that do the back-office work of a club night: credit the promoter who actually drove the table, capture every deposit with a name attached, and turn your ticket buyers into guests you can recognize and reach again. every agent stops for your yes.

built by a working dc nightlife operator who runs his own rooms on these agents. installed and running in a live venue today.

01 · promoter tracking

credit the promoter who actually drove the table.

every club night ends with the same argument: who brought that table? the promoter board agent ties table and door revenue back to the promoter who brought the guest, scores the week, and hands you the board before anyone is paid. it's the same kind of board the founder runs his own promoter team on.

  • one link and one list per promotertickets, rsvps and tables trace back to whoever brought them.
  • a scored board every weekwho drove spend, not who posted the most.
  • you approve before it's finalthe board is drafted; the payout decision stays yours.
02 · table-deposit capture

deposits that arrive with a guest attached.

if table deposits hit a staff member's phone, you're collecting money from people you'll never be able to name. we move deposits onto a capturable rail through your ticketing platform, so every deposit carries a name, email and phone and lands in your guest record.

  • at a live venue: 0 → 5 table deposits, $0 → $2,269before the rail against the first count after it, each now carrying name, email and phone. before the rail this money arrived as person-to-person transfers to staff phones and the guest existed in no system.
  • the first four weeks (jul 31 – aug 23): $9,239 in table deposits through Poshacross the client's two rooms: 24 orders, 21 unique buyers, 100% captured with name, email & phone. the full case study
03 · guest data from ticketing

your ticket buyers, turned into guests.

your ticketing platform already holds more guests than you think, and almost none of them are working for you. at one live venue we found 20,682 attendee records sitting untagged in the venue's ticketing platform. hi.os captures buyers into one profile per guest, ranks who spends, and builds meta audiences from people who already paid.

  • unique buyers captured went 38 → 682at the same venue, day 0 to the first measured window.
  • top spenders, surfacedknow who matters before they walk in, and who hasn't been back.
  • paid-guest audiencesbuilt from people who already paid, then widened to people like them, launched only when you approve.

questions owners ask

nightclub faq

Do we have to switch ticketing or table platforms?

No. The agents work on the logins you already have. Our live install runs on Posh; if you use something else, we check what it can export during the audit, before anything is built.

How does promoter tracking work?

Each promoter gets their own link and list. The promoter board agent ties tables and tickets back to whoever brought the guest and scores the week, so you see who actually drove spend before anyone is paid.

Does anything go out without my approval?

No. Nothing sends, spends, posts or moves money without a person saying yes. Every agent stops at your approval.

Who owns the guest data?

You do. The guest record lives on your logins, and we operate the agents on it. Matching paying guests to Meta for audiences is a step you approve; nothing is shared or sent without your yes.

What does it cost?

Every install is shaped around your room, so it is quoted after the audit. For scale, boutique agencies run $3,000–8,000/mo per venue.

How long until it is running?

The audit is week 1. The install, with the guest record and the agents your room needs, is weeks 2–4. After that we run it with you, weekly and in person.

see what your nights are already telling you.

we'll look at where deposits, promoter credit and guest data leak in your room today, and what they're worth. if one person on your team already runs this well, we'll tell you that on the call.
